Isn’t it a little hard to believe that what is arguably already on the top of the list for most 360 gamers this year (GTA IV release not withstanding…), Gears of War 2 has been only speculated about since Cliffy B confirmed it’s development with a messy teaser?

The hype machine has started its engine once again, and we give thanks to the latest Game Informer (which isn’t even on newstands yet). Here are just a few of NeoGaf’s highlights, but a word to the wise; if you like what you read there, then only the issue at hand is going to satisfy your craving:

New UE3, chainsaw duels, multiple save files (no more rewriting your previous progress entirely), returning voice actosr; John DiMaggio as Marcus Fenix, and Carlos Ferro as Dominic Santiago, a more casual single-player difficulty, and more.
